As a lifelong Sacramento resident, I offer local insight that only comes from decades of living, working, and raising a family in this community. I grew up in the Arden-Arcade area, attended Encina High School, and later earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology before completing my law degree at Pepperdine University. My deep roots in Sacramento allow me to provide clients with meaningful perspective on neighborhoods, amenities, and market trends across the region.
In addition to hands-on experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Sacramento County, I have pursued extensive real estate education and hold the professional designation of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). I have successfully guided numerous transactions, including complex probate and trust sales, with a focus on clarity, compliance, and results.
